1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plaicio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Use the service to generate deceptive or misleading imagery.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using Plaicio, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for service delivery. We do not use your content for training AI models.

5. AI Features

AI-enhanced renders use third-party AI services. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. AI processing may be subject to the provider's content policies. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing or distributing them.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Plaicio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
